Send us the site information: plot dimensions, available height, power supply, indoor or outdoor, the audience you serve and your target riders per hour. With those we can recommend a model and return an itemised quotation, usually within one or two working days.
Because every ride is configured and shipped to a specific site. Structure size, swing angle, theming depth, restraint specification and shipping route all change the number. A published price would either be for a configuration you do not want or be misleading. We will quote your configuration accurately.
Flat rides such as pirate ships and flying chairs typically leave our workshop 45–75 days after deposit, with 20–45 days of shipping and about a week on site. A family coaster takes about five months to build; a large looping coaster eight to nine months, with a longer site programme.
Structural calculations with load cases, foundation drawings, material test certificates, weld inspection records, electrical schematics, a third-party ride inspection report, and an English operation and maintenance manual with inspection checklists.
Yes, as standard on overseas orders. Our engineers travel with the shipment, supervise erection with your civil contractor, commission the ride, train your operators and sign a handover. If you prefer to install with your own crew we supply full drawings and remote video support.
Most models run on 380 V / 220 V three-phase at 50 Hz, with installed loads from 10 kW for a mini pirate ship to 140 kW for a 42-seat inverting pendulum ride. Tell us your supply at the enquiry stage and we will specify the drive package to match, including 60 Hz builds.
Yes. The 16-seat pirate ship, 13 m drop tower, 24-seat flying chair and medium pendulum are all specified for indoor installation, subject to ceiling height, floor loading and local fire regulations. We derate motion profiles and can supply low-noise drive packages.
Yes. Wheels, tyre assemblies, brake components, sensors, restraint locks and control hardware are held in stock or produced to the original drawings. We retain drawings for the design service life of the ride — 12 to 18 years for a steel structure.
Yes. Many buyers visit our Zhengzhou works to watch their ride assembled and tested, meet the engineers and inspect documentation. We can also arrange a visit to a reference installation where the customer has agreed.
No. Every ride is newly manufactured to your order, which means seat count, theming and control specification can be adapted rather than accepted as-is.
We supply the calculation pack, material certificates, weld records and an inspection report so your regulator, insurer or notified body can review the evidence. We will also tell you plainly where an additional local review may be required — we do not claim a ride is approved in a market we have not shipped to.
Single rides are normal, and one 16-seat ship or flying chair ride can ship in a shared container. Combining two or three rides in one order reduces shipping and installation cost per ride significantly.
