Sectional structure
Main frames split into units that fit standard trailer and container dimensions, with alignment dowels and match-marked joints so reassembly is repeatable.
A ride that lives on a trailer for ten years is a different engineering proposition from one bolted to a concrete pad. If you move weekly, the transport configuration has to be designed in at order — not improvised on site.
Main frames split into units that fit standard trailer and container dimensions, with alignment dowels and match-marked joints so reassembly is repeatable.
Plug-and-socket looms, colour-coded hydraulic or pneumatic lines and pre-set control panels that need no reconfiguration at each site.
Ballast and spreader-plate arrangements replace cast concrete where the site does not allow excavation, designed so stability calculations stay valid on soft ground.
Every ride ships with a loading sequence and a photographic packing record, so the crew that unpacks it is the crew that can repack it.
Dedicated transport cradles protect the structure during road travel and act as assembly jigs on site.
| Ride | Transport configuration | Typical rig time |
|---|---|---|
| 24-seat pirate ship | 2–3 trailer loads, sectional station | 1–2 days |
| Speed windmill | Sectional rotor, folding arm assembly | 2–3 days |
| 24–36-seat flying chair | Sectional column and canopy | 1–2 days |
| Mini pendulum | 3–4 trailer loads | 2–3 days |
Tell us how often you move and what transport you run. We will specify the structure, ballast and rigging sequence around your crew and your trailers.

Most flat rides can: pirate ships, flying chairs, wave swingers, windmills, mini pendulums and drop towers up to 23 m. Coasters are not normally transported because track alignment and foundation design are specific to a fixed site.
It depends on the ride. Expect an uplift over the standard price for the sectional structure, quick-connect looms, transport cradles and documentation. We quote it as a separate line so you can see exactly what the mobility costs.
One to three days for the rides listed, with a crew of four and a suitable crane or telehandler. Plumb, level and anchor checks are documented at each assembly — a repeatable rigging routine is what keeps mobile rides safe.
Yes. Each transport-configured unit leaves with a rigging manual, stability calculations for the ballast configuration, a load-and-level checklist, and a maintenance schedule. The paperwork is part of the package, not an add-on.
Plot size, power supply and target riders per hour are enough for us to recommend a model and send a layout sketch.
