The 16-seat mini ship needs roughly 6 × 4 m of machine footprint and about 5 m of clearance height. The 24-seat needs 9 × 6 m, and the 36-seat ship 13 × 8 m with an 11.7 m operating height. Add 2–3 m on every side for fencing, queue and maintenance access.
On the 16 and 24-seat ships with a 60–75° swing, yes — that is exactly the audience they are designed for, and adults ride comfortably alongside children. The 120° versions are thrill rides with height restrictions and should be planned as a teen-and-adult attraction.
Cycle time is typically 120–180 seconds including loading and unloading. A 24-seat ship therefore moves roughly 400–600 riders per hour, and a 36-seat ship up to 700, depending on how efficiently your operators load.
Yes. We build the hull, figurehead and decorative panels ourselves, so colour scheme, artwork and mouldings are all under our control. Send reference images or brand colours and we will return a painted sample panel before production.
Daily pre-opening checks of restraints, emergency stops and the drive, monthly inspection of bearing housings and tyre wear, and an annual structural and electrical inspection. Consumables are tyres, brake elements and restraint sensors, all of which we keep in stock.
