We fabricate, we do not assemble from other people's parts
Steel, fibreglass, drive packages and control systems are produced and integrated in our workshops. Ask a supplier who their steel fabricator is; we will show you ours.
Most ride buyers are comparing similar-looking machines at different prices. The differences that matter are not visible in a photograph — they are in who builds the structure, what documentation exists, and who turns up when the ride does not start.
Steel, fibreglass, drive packages and control systems are produced and integrated in our workshops. Ask a supplier who their steel fabricator is; we will show you ours.
Footprint, operating height, installed power, capacity per hour and design service life appear on every model page. You can compare us with anyone before you make contact.
If your plot, power supply or attendance will not support the model you want, we will say so and propose what does. A ride that disappoints costs both of us.
Structural calculations, material certificates, weld records, electrical schematics, an inspection report and an English O&M manual — issued before shipment.
Installation supervision, commissioning, operator training and a signed handover are part of our standard overseas package.
We keep the drawings for 12–18 years depending on the ride, so replacement wheels, sensors, brake elements and restraint hardware can be produced to the original specification.
| Question to ask | Manufacturer's answer | Trader's answer |
|---|---|---|
| Who welds the structure? | Named workshop and welding procedure, with inspection records | Vague reference to a 'partner factory' |
| Can you change the seat count? | Yes, as a design change with recalculation | Only from a fixed catalogue |
| Can I see the test run? | Yes, at our works, or by video for your own order | Only a generic marketing video |
| Who does the structural calculation? | Our engineering department, signed and issued to you | A third party you never hear from |
| Who supervises installation? | Our own engineers, travelling with the shipment | A local agent with no design knowledge |
| What happens in year five? | Parts produced to original drawings | A discontinued model and a shrug |
Ask each supplier the six questions above. Send us the answers you receive and we will tell you where our proposal differs and why.

Manufacturing cost and documentation practice, not necessarily engineering quality. The critical difference is whether the supplier provides verifiable calculations, material certificates, weld records and an inspection report. We issue all of those as standard, and we will tell you where a local notified body review may still be required.
We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects and a documented design service life for the structure. We also supply the maintenance schedule that keeps the warranty valid — and we are honest that a ride is only as safe as the routine its operator keeps.
Contact the parts and service desk. Standard spares are held in stock or produced to drawing and shipped, usually by air for urgent items. We will also help your team diagnose a fault remotely.
