PACKAGE PLANNING

Thrill ride solutions, planned around your site

Buying one ride is straightforward. Planning a thrill zone — the right mix of rides, the queue routes between them, the power supply, the fencing, the phasing — is where parks lose money. These four packages are how we structure that work.

  • Equipment selection matched to plot size, attendance and budget band
  • Combined layout drawings showing ride envelopes, queue routes and walkways
  • One shipping plan and one installation schedule for the whole package
  • Phased delivery so you can open in stages rather than all at once

Four packages

Theme Park Thrill Zone

A premium zone built around a flagship ride — pendulum ride or looping coaster — supported by a ship, a swing ride and a tower, with queue routes and night-time lighting designed as one experience.

How a package is put together

  1. 01

    Site and demand review

Plot plan, soil information, power supply, access roads, target attendance and your opening date. We also ask what you already operate, so new rides do not cannibalise the ones you have.

  2. 02

    Ride mix and layout

We propose two or three combinations with different capital outlays, each with a layout drawing showing envelopes, queue lengths and walkway widths.

  3. 03

    Civil and electrical pack

Foundation drawings, load cases, drainage notes, power schedule and control room requirements issued as one document for your contractor.

  4. 04

    Fabrication and staging

Rides are built in sequence so the ones you need first ship first. This is how a package can be opened in two or three phases.

  5. 05

    Shipping and installation

One consolidated shipping plan, one installation team, one commissioning schedule, one handover pack.

  6. 06

    Operating ramp-up

Operator training, daily inspection routines, spare parts holding stock and a first-year maintenance calendar.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge for a package layout?

The first layout study is free. Send a plot plan and your target attendance and we will return a ride mix, an outline layout and a budget band at no cost. Detailed layout drawings and civil packs are prepared once you are seriously comparing suppliers and are credited against the order.

Can a package be delivered in phases?

Yes, and it is often the right approach. Many parks buy the flagship ride first, open it, and use the first season's revenue to fund the second phase. We stage fabrication deliberately so the phase-one rides are built and shipped first, and design the foundations so later rides are not compromised.

How far ahead should we plan?

For a single flat ride, three to six months from deposit to opening is realistic. For a package with a coaster, plan 12–24 months. Starting the site survey and power assessment early costs nothing and prevents expensive changes later.

Do you work with our local contractor?

Yes. We supply drawings and load cases; your contractor does the civil and structural work. For installation we send our own engineers to supervise and commission. This keeps local cost and liability where it belongs and still guarantees the ride is installed to specification.
