Infrastructure
A 150 × 60 m envelope, reinforced footings at every column, a control building and crane access along the lift hill. This is a construction project, not an installation.
The HXC730 is a full-scale looping coaster: 730 m of track, a 34 m rail height, 80 km/h and six inversions, carrying 24 riders per train at 288 per hour. It is the ride that puts a park on the regional map.

A 150 × 60 m envelope, reinforced footings at every column, a control building and crane access along the lift hill. This is a construction project, not an installation.
Two trained technicians, scheduled NDT inspection of critical welds, wheel and bearing replacement cycles, and an annual third-party structural inspection.
Block section logic, wind-speed limits, rider height and weight restrictions, and a documented daily inspection routine before the first dispatch.
A 37.6 m structure with six inversions becomes the park's identity. It justifies premium pricing, regional media coverage and longer visitor dwell time.
Land survey, layout options against your plot, clearance and access assessment, budget band.
Dynamic load cases including inversion, foundation drawings and column schedules for your engineer.
90–120 days: track bending, welding, galvanising, painting, column fabrication and station steelwork.
Six cars with wheel assemblies, restraints, anti-rollback and the PLC safety system, bench-tested.
Dry runs, weighted runs and a full 150-second cycle test, witnessed by a third-party inspector.
8–12 weeks on site including alignment, track bolting, control commissioning and operator training.
Send your land survey, geotechnical report and power supply details. We will tell you whether the HXC730 fits, what civil works are required and how the project would be phased.

A coaster of this size is a multi-million-dollar project. The largest cost drivers are track length, structure height, the number of inversions, train count, station building and theming. We prepare a costed breakdown against your site rather than quoting a catalogue figure.
Expect 18–24 months end to end: 3–4 months of design, 4–5 months of fabrication, shipping, then 8–12 weeks of erection and commissioning on site, plus time for your civil works.
3N AC 380 V, 50 Hz with 120 kW installed. In practice the lift only runs during a cycle, so consumption is far lower, but the supply must be sized for the installed load including control, lighting and ancillary systems.
Height 1.4–1.9 m and weight up to 90 kg, matching the restraint geometry. Operators may apply stricter limits; we supply the recommended envelope documented against the ride's dynamic profile.
Yes. Track, trains and control can be supplied as a package while the station and theming are built locally or by a specialist contractor. We supply the structural interfaces so nothing gets missed.
Plot size, power supply and target riders per hour are enough for us to recommend a model and send a layout sketch.
